Job placement is a process that can take up 2 to 3 months. It is a process of personal contact (getting to know each other), consulting, presenting and creating the right feeling for candidate and client. It is a very delicate process in which Werkum has a supporting and mediating role. We have to go through the process carefully, together, step by step.
Living Costs and Salary
The costs for rent, gas and electricity ,vary per accommodation, region and are also dependent on your own wishes. The total costs are starting at approximately € 600 (for a small studio). The more square meters and the shorter the distance to a city centre, the higher the costs.
The costs for a health insurance vary between € 80 and € 120 per person per month, depending on your package and wishes.
Gross salary per month (before Taxes):
- € 2,300 – € 2,650, junior 1-3 years of knowledge/experience
- € 2,650 – € 3,300, medior 3-7 years of knowledge/experience
- € 3,300 – € 4,500, senior >7-15 years of knowledge/experience
- € 4,500 – € ………, management > 15 years of knowledge/experience
On top of that:
- travel allowance for work and / or business kilometers (in The Netherlands) for € 0.19 per km
- € 10 net telephone fee per month
- Dutch language course
- 8% holiday allowance (paid in May)
- pension plan StiPP Pensioen
Furthermore, the total salary can vary among other things by the level of your education (Bachelor or Master of Science), whether you fulfill a manegerial position, the company you work for, terms of employment, region and your specialty.
